Support Trainings
We provide training sessions to our existing and new clients, our training is available in three themes:
Classroom Training
Clients can assign a single or number of their employees to attend to our training room located in Doha to receive full theoretical training about the solutions being supplied, get on hand testing of the products and receive important knowledge about the products and equipments installed on site.
On site training
One of our experienced engineers / trainer will schedule on site sessions depending on the solution or project the size an on site training can extend up to 7 days, the benefit of this training is to allow the client to apply everything that he will be learning immediately on their existing solution, test it as it is happening, practice and compare the information.
Certified training
High end customers such as Government, Airports, Banks and others might find this very important to have since most of the solutions supplied for such markets are highly sophisticated and having a certified engineer from their own to monitor, manage and maintain the system will be in their benefit. We offer our clients the opportunity to send their staff directly to meet and receive training from the manufacturers experts, allowing their staff to be highly trained and capable of troubleshooting any problem occurs on site, this training will offer the trained personnel a Certification on the system they have.
